L46A1 Mast Section

L46A1 Mast Section is splite type with size 1.6x1.6x3m. 

It can be used for the tower crane with max.load from 6ton to 10tons. 

The splite type mast section possesses excellent strength,easy installation,economical maintenance along with convenient transportation. It can save at least 60% of the transportation cost compared with the integrated mast structure.

L46A1 Mast section with size 1.6x1.6x3m is splite type, which can be interchangable with Potain L46A1 mast.

The main chord and web member is angle steel.

The main chord is angle steel L200x16，and web member is angle steel 90x10

The standard mast section adopts robot welding, with stable welding quality and high production efficiency.

After the standard section is welded and formed, large-scale CNC are used for integrated processing to ensure the accurate connection size. All structural parts are made by standardized assembly to ensure the consistency and interchangeability of products.

Automatic coating line, 12 automatic shot blasting machines with 12 throwing heads ensure 360 degree shot blasting of raw materials and steel structures, release structural stress, remove surface corrosion and increase paint adhesion.

The treatment scheme of one primer and two topcoats is adopted for the paint, the primer is epoxy primer and the top coat is weather resistant polyurethane finish. The thickness of paint film reaches more than 120u, so as to ensure that the paint does not change color for 5 years and does not fall off for 10 years.

The package and loading of the mast section 

One set of L46A1 mast section can be disassembled to be 4 pieces. 

For transportation, the mast section pieces will be strapped with the steel strips.

One 40feet high cube continer can load 15 sets of L46A1 mast section. 

One 20GP can load 7-8 sets of L46A1 mast section.
