Use three-dimensional design software PRO-E to design and adjust, compared with traditional design software CAD, PRO-E can help the tower crane reach a higher coordination state, thus ensure the perfect performance of the tower crane.
Use world top force calculation software ANSYS to analyses tower crane structure safety. By calculating the force of each main point, the tower crane safety is guaranteed accordingly, this software is definitely at the top level in Chinese tower crane field.
Tooling Application
All of the steel structure parts are made by standard model tooling to guarantee the top quality of Hongsheng.
Surface Coating Technique
All steel structures are pretreated with shot blast and rust removal to guarantee the material can meet the international standard: Sa 2.5.
The rivet welded steel was treated by the second time shot blasting, rust and besmirch removal in order to ensure a clean workpiece surface and increase film’s adhesion of the paint.
Painting with epoxy primer paint and weatherproofing PU top finish.
