Use world top force calculation software ANSYS to analyses tower crane structure safety. By calculating the force of each main point, the tower crane safety is guaranteed accordingly, this software is definitely at the top level in Chinese tower crane field.

Inverter Integration Systems

We adopt the advanced inverter integration system, which integrates the hoisting ,slewing and trolleying control in one electrical cabin. In this way, it will have less failure rate, also easy to maintenance.

2. It can reduce the twist of standard mast section so as to reduce the probability of tightening screw loosening, making the tower crane safer and more reliable, improving the life of standard section and reducing safety accidents.

7. Smooth lifting function: There is no need for the operator to pre-tensioning the wire rope. It can be lifted at full speed. The inverter will automatically reduce the speed when the load increases to tensify the wire rope and then accelerate the lifting.

8. Ant speed operation (super low speed full load operation)

9. When the hook or rope of the crane was caught when it was lifted , the inverter can output the alarm signal and give shutdown protection to avoid safety accidents.
