HSH is the first generation of tower crane manufactuer in China.

Since 1958, we have been devoted to the tower crane manufacturing as the national owned company.

And in 1998, we reformed and reorganized to be a privated company name :Sichuan Longchang Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. 

In 2013, our sister company Sichuan Hongsheng Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd founded , which occupy an area of 120 mu. 

The advantage of our tower crane steel structures including the mast sections :

1. Material: we use the high quality Q355 and Q235B steel from the big steel iron group company. 

2. Carbon dioxide gas protection welding is adopted. Combining welding robot and manual welding to ensure welding quality. All products are subject to weld inspection, X-ray and ultrasonic flaw detection. Safety is guaranteed.

3.All steel structure are pretreated with shot blast and rust removal. The surface is smoother, the adhesion is strong, and the paint is not easy to fall off.

3. The paint shall be treated with three coats of primer, middle paint and finish paint. The primer is epoxy primer paint and weather proofing PU top finish.
