Warranty Policy
1. The warranty period will begin from the date when the product leave our factory.
2. The warranty period for hoisting mechanism, slewing mechanism, trolling mechanism, traveling mechanism and hydraulic telescoping system and motors, etc. is 12 months.
3. The cable, wire rope and brake disc, various limitation etc. are easy-worn parts, whose warranty period are 3 months.
4. The damage or deficit of steel structure due to production will be born by the manufacturer.
5. All the warranty items above come to effect when the product be under normal operation. If the damage due to inadequate operation, unstable power supply, overload, fire, earthquake and other Force Majeure, which are outside of the warranty scope, not born by the manufacturer.
