RCS Hoisting Mechanism

Features of RCS series hoist mechanism:

1. It takes in and adopts the advanced technology from home and abroad which can substitute the imported hoist mechanism with the same type.

2. Tow wound rotors three-phase motors and conduct mutual relations through gear transmission device and adjust speed through wound rotors circuit resistance ;the speed adjusting area is wide, lifting at high speed and returning at low speed, change speed smoothly with high working efficiency which can meet the need of construction site and equipment lifting.

3. A reasonable layout of L and H, resistance box, resistance control box, winder and motor can avoid the thermal interference to resistance control box. As adopting large diameter linear groove winder, it has a great capacity, plus it can prevent multi-layer haphazard rope while twining. So it is more suitable for climbing and anchorage tower cranes.
