TOWER CRANE WORKING STATE DISPLAY

The system can indicate real-time working state of tower crane including trolley(jib angle),hook height, slewing angle, hook weight, wind speed and alarming signal, in the meantime, it can also simulate the bridge control instructions and show alarming hint by colar change.

PRE-ALARMING AND CONTROL 

The system will timely real-time monitoring the interference or prohibited area. When the distance reaches specified pre-alarming value, it will pre-alarm , buzzer discoutinuous, meanwhile cut off relevant high-speed circuit of tower crane to keep tower crane run in low speed working state. When the distance reaches specified alarming value, it will alarm , buzzer continuous, meanwhile cut off relevant low-speed circuit of tower crane to make tower crane auto low down. When the distance reaches specified braking value, it will trigger the relevant braking circuit of tower crane to stop sunning so that ensure its safety.

TOWER CRANE ANTI-COLLISION 

At the same height : the system will auto detect and deal it with any interference within running radius of slewing mechanism.

At the different height : the system will auto detect and deal it with if any interference between higher hook and lower slewing mechanism.

ZONE(OBSTACLE) PROTECTION

The system can set up to 10 different protection zones, prohibit flying over sensitive areas such as power lines, schools, highways, building etc. Try to achieve max.working area of tower crane within ensuring tower crane safety.

WIRELESS NETWORK SYSTEM

FSK frequency modulation, adjustable frequency.

UP to 30 tower cranes networking running.

Reliable wireless communication distance is not less than 5km.

Off-site monitoring and data upload for remote PC

Remote internet published supported, remote management for operator.
