QTD 5020-10T Fixed Type Luffing Tower Crane

Luffing Tower Crane QTD 5020-10T with max load of 10tons, Boom length of 50m and tip load 2t. Standad Mast Section L68B2 (size:2x2x3m ) or  L48A1 (size: 1.6x1.6x3m) , which can be fixed type luffing tower crane, inner inner climbing luffing tower crane and traveling type luffing tower crane.

The steel we use for the tower crane are all from top iron steel group in China.

The steel grades used for the fixed type luffing tower crane are mainly Q355 and Q235 

The mechanisms are from Chinese Top brand " Chengdu Climbing Technology ", and motors are also from the famouse brand "SICHUAN YIBING LIYUAN".

The slewing ring is from "Fangyuan" brand.

The inverters are from Japanese YASKAWA, or SHNEIDER. 

For the electrical control ,we are using the SHNEIDR electrical components.

And we using the intelligent full frequency conversion integrated cab, which has more humanized design, more spacious space, with anti-swing, anti-torsion, anti-hanging, anti-collision, anti -sliding hook and brake failure protection functions. 

With these functions, our tower crane has higher effecient working performace and safer operation.  

We have Automatic Coatng line ensures 360 degree shot blasting of raw materials and steel structure, releases structural stress, removes surface rust and increases paint adhesion.

We adopt the treatment scheme of one primer and two finish paints. The primer we using is epoxy primer, and the topcoat is weather resistant polyurethane topcoat. The thickness of the paint film is more than 120u to ensure that the paint does not change color for 5 years and does not fall off for 10 years.
