3. During the operation of the equipment, if any abnormality is found in the machine, it should be immediately stopped and checked, and the operation can be carried out after the fault is removed.
4. Strictly hold a certificate to work, prohibit drinking and drinking, use of trip switches instead of parking operations, work in violation of regulations and leaving work without authorization, or hand over the machine to others.
5. When transporting heavy objects, you should first leave a certain distance from the ground, and check that the brakes are reliable before proceeding.
6. Adhere to the "ten" do not hang. After the work is completed, the lock box should be cut off and the mechanical "cross" work should be done well. The ten non-hanging contents are as follows:
(1) Do not hang diagonally
(2) Overload does not hang
(3) The bulk goods are too full or are not tied tightly
(4) No protection at the edge of hanging objects
(5) People who stand on hanging objects do not hang
(6) Unclear command signal
(7) Components buried underground are not hoisted
(8) The safety device fails to hang
(9) The light is gloomy and the hanging objects can't be seen clearly
(10) Strong wind above level 6 does not hang
