2. The causes of failure of jacking up or being unable to jack up are: serious internal leakage of the oil pump, the pressure setting of the relief valve is too low, the valve core of the manual directional valve is excessively worn, and the relief valve is stuck. Remedy: repair, replace and adjust according to the content.
3. The causes of noise vibration during jacking up are: the filter element is clogged. Remedy: clean the filter.
4. The reasons for the failure of the jacking system not working are: the steering of the motor does not match the rotation of the oil pump. Remedy: change the direction of the motor.
5. The causes of the vibration and crawling failure during jacking are: the air in the piston rod of the cylinder is not exhausted, and the guiding mechanism is faulty. Remedy: Repeatedly retracting and exhausting with no load.
6. The reasons for the failure of self-lowering after jacking up with load are: the lock valve on the cylinder head is malfunctioning. The fault should be eliminated.
