Tower crane cycle inspection

Periodic inspection includes visual inspection (generally does not require disassembly) and functional testing. The periodic inspection should be performed by a person with sufficient ability (such as an experienced technician-a person with extensive knowledge and professional training in the field of tower crane due to professional experience and experience).

A. The content of periodic inspection should include the following:

a) Check each mechanism that needs to be lubricated, observe its oil level, and see if there is any oil leakage or oil leakage (strictly add or replace according to the "Lubricant Table of Each Department").

b) Check the hydraulic device. Before each jacking, check the oil level of the oil tank. If the oil level is lower than the specified oil level, the oil should be filled in time. The oil quality must be clean and clean. For the type of hydraulic oil, see the attached table "Lubrication Table of Tower Crane" ; Check whether the pressure of the relief valve is normal and whether the adjustment value of the safety valve changes with an oil pressure gauge; check each oil pipe (check the condition of the hydraulic hose, especially the hose bent in the work) and the joints, oil pump, oil cylinder and control valve If there is any leakage from time to time, it should be repaired in time. When starting the oil pump, you should first check whether the inlet and outlet of the oil pump are connected reversely, whether the direction of rotation of the motor is correct, and whether the oil suction pipe is leaking. After use, the oil tank and oil filter should be cleaned regularly. The operating temperature of the oil should be checked frequently during use and should be controlled between 35 and 60 ° C. When the system is not working, the oil pump must be unloaded. Oil level and whether there is oil leakage.

c) Check the hook and the anti-off device for visible cracks and damage, whether the hook tail and thread are permanently deformed, and whether the cross-section at the lanyard wears more than 10% of the original height. If there is one, replace the hook.

d) Check the lifting steel wire rope and traction steel wire rope, there should be no twisting, strand breaking, knotting or slotting. Check for any obvious changes in the fixed part of the wire rope.

e) At the joints and connections, visually check for corrosion.

f) Check whether each connecting bolt is loose. Check with a special wrench. When the connecting bolt of the standard section is loose, pay special attention to whether there is a crack at the joint. All connecting bolts, especially high-strength bolts, are tightened once.

g) Check the positioning of the pin, especially the connecting pin of the boom.

h) Check the grounding resistance, the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4 ohms.

i) Check each safety device, if the work fails, it should be adjusted and repaired in time, especially the lifting torque limiter and lifting limiter should ensure their working reliability.

j) Check the brake wear, such as brake shoes, brake discs, friction plates, etc. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced; adjust the brake clearance and braking torque to make it meet the requirements.
