Installation Method Of Tower Crane Sliding Hook

(1) Preparation

Check whether the roadbed and track laying meet the requirements, bury the ground anchor, and determine the location of the ground anchor according to the rotation direction of the tower and the total height of the tower body. Ground anchors are divided into main ground anchors and auxiliary ground anchors. The main ground anchor is the key to the erecting of the tower body. The full load of the rotating tower body is borne by the main ground anchor, and the ground anchor still needs to be used when the tower is dismantled, so it must be carefully buried to achieve the required bearing capacity. And make antiseptic treatment. The center of the ground anchor wheel must be consistent with the center of the gauge to ensure that the tower body always rotates along the center plane of the gauge during the lifting process without eccentricity, so that the gantry is evenly stressed. The function of the auxiliary ground anchor is to loosen the wire rope with the rotation when the tower body is lifted. This ground anchor is used as the anchor point of the safety wire rope to prevent the tower body from falling in the opposite direction during the rotation process.

(2) Overall installation

According to the procedures required by the instructions, install the walking mechanism, gantry and iron. The boom is inserted on the support shaft of the portal frame platform, and the wooden stack is set up according to the assembly size of the tower body. The tower body and the tower cap are assembled so that the tower body is mounted on the wooden stack, and its axis is approximately parallel to the ground.

(3) Winding steel wire rope

The types of steel wire ropes include phosphate coated steel wire ropes, galvanized steel wire ropes, stainless steel wire ropes, and smooth steel wire ropes. The steel wire ropes of the hoisting machine are passed through the cab to the pulley block of the tower cap and finally fixed to the crane head. And the distance between the two pulley blocks should be determined by calculation.

(4) Standing in front of the tower

The electrical equipment such as controllers and limit switches should be inspected, and the movable control panel in the control room should be removed and installed on the outdoor bracket to facilitate the operation when the tower is standing.

In order to strengthen the rigidity of the portal, cross braces can be tied on both sides of the portal.

Before starting, the duties of each post should be specified, and the division of labor and command and contact signals should be strictly controlled. The supervision of the main ground anchor should be carried out by experienced lifting personnel. When abnormal phenomena such as looseness are found, they should immediately stop and take measures (the iron can be added to the ground anchor).

Start the hoist to make the tower body about 200mm away from the wood pile, stop immediately, and check the stress of each component in good condition.

Erect Tower

After checking and confirming that the situation is normal, continue to operate the winch to make the tower stand upright, and the steel wire rope at the auxiliary ground anchor will loosen accordingly.

After the tower body stands at 60 °, the hoist should gradually slow down with the change of the center of gravity of the tower body. When the center of gravity of the tower body is close to the installation hinge, the hoist machine stops working, and the mobile crane is used to tighten the safety wire rope. The cushioned wood. After the tower body is stabilized, tighten the safety wire rope to make the tower body slightly crooked, then remove the padding layer, then loosen the safety wire rope to stabilize the tower body.
