3. Automatic magnification change mechanism, when the magnification is changed from 2 magnification to 4 magnification, the switch is not in place, and no attention is paid to inspection, or no insurance pin is added. During lifting, the movable pulley will suddenly fall, causing a major accident.
4. The steel wire rope is twisted and disordered seriously.
5. The wire rope loosened and rebounded due to the landing of the hook, the wire rope jumped out of the drum or outside the pulley, severely crushed or broken, and was not replaced in time. When the full load or overload was lifted, the broken rope fell.
6. The buckle nut at the end of the wire rope is not locked, so that the rope head slides out of it.
