Tower crane is abbreviated as tower crane, also known as tower crane, and is a kind of lifting equipment used in construction. The tower crane is composed of three parts: metal structure, working mechanism and electrical system. The metal structure includes the tower body, boom and base. The working mechanism has four parts: lifting, amplitude changing, turning and walking. The electrical system includes motors, controllers, power distribution cabinets, connecting lines, signals and lighting devices.
Tower cranes can be divided into many varieties according to different design forms, such as self-elevating tower cranes, internal climbing tower cranes, flat-top tower cranes, boom tower cranes, quick-mount tower cranes and so on. The tower crane has a large working space, and is mainly used for the vertical and horizontal transportation of materials and the installation of building components in the construction of house buildings.
What should be paid attention to when installing tower cranes? Let ’s take a closer look:
1. Do a good job in the site layout plan of the tower crane.
(1) Pay attention to avoid air and ground obstacles and surrounding buildings;
(2) Special consideration should be given to the possibility and convenience of the disassembly of the tower crane;
(3) In order to facilitate the attachment of the tower crane, the distance between the tower crane and the high-rise building should be 3 to 6 meters as far as possible. If the distance exceeds 6 meters, the attachment rod should be specially designed;
(4) The reinforced concrete foundation of the tower crane shall be specially designed according to the soil quality under the tower crane.
2. The tower crane installation must be started after the tower crane foundation reaches the design strength.
(1) It must be professionally trained and qualified personnel who are qualified to install and dismantle the tower crane.
(2) The process of lifting and lowering the tower crane is a link that is very prone to safety accidents. It is necessary to follow the instructions of the tower crane and operate it carefully.
(3) After the tower crane is installed, it must be written and accepted by the full-time inspection department before it can be put into use.
(4) The installation plan, installation records, and acceptance records of the tower crane must be archived for the record.
