It is an important factor that affects the overall stability of the tower crane. When making the foundation of the tower crane, you must ensure that the ground resistance meets the design requirements, and the strength of the reinforced concrete reaches at least 80% of the design value. Special handling measures should be taken for tower crane foundations with basement works: some need to pile piles under the foundation, and firmly weld the reinforcement at the end of the pile with the foundation anchor bolts. The bottom surface of the concrete foundation should be flat and compacted, and the bottom of the foundation cannot be made into a pot bottom. The size error of the foundation anchor bolts must be constructed in strict accordance with the requirements of the foundation drawings. The anchor bolts must maintain a sufficient length of the exposed ground, and each anchor bolt must be pre-tightened with a double nut. The surface of the foundation must be treated before installation to ensure that the level of the foundation cannot exceed 1/1000. At the same time, the tower crane foundation must not accumulate water, which will cause uneven settlement of the tower crane foundation. No digging or trenching shall be allowed in the vicinity of the tower crane foundation.
In order to ensure the normal and safe use of the tower crane, we must compulsorily require that the tower crane must have the specified safety devices during installation, mainly including: lifting torque limiter, lifting weight limiter, height limit device, amplitude limit Device, slewing stopper, hook safety device, reel safety device, wind direction anemometer, wire rope grooving insurance, trolley anti-broken device, trolley anti-shaft broken device and buffer, etc. These safety devices must ensure its integrity and sensitivity. If damage is found during use, it should be repaired and replaced in time, and it may not be lifted or adjusted arbitrarily.
