(6) Before running to the limit device, all parts should slow down to the stop position and keep a certain distance from the limit device. It is strictly forbidden to use the limit device as a control switch to stop the movement.
(7) The lifting, turning and walking of the boom crane can be carried out at the same time, and the amplitude should be carried out separately.
(8) During work breaks or after work, do not suspend heavy objects in the air. When the driver leaves the operation room temporarily, the power supply should be cut off and the rail clamp should be locked.
(9) After the operation is completed, the crane should be parked in the middle of the track, the boom should be turned downwind, the swing brake should be released, the trolley and the counterweight should be placed in a non-working state, and the hook should be raised to 2.3m at the top of the boom , Turn all control switches to zero position, turn off each switch in turn, turn off the main power switch, and turn on the high altitude indicator light.
